Commercial Contracts

Good contracts form the foundation of every successful business and by having the right contracts in place, our clients can be confident that they are both protected and on a sound footing when it comes to investment or sale.

We prepare and negotiate the full range of commercial contracts for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions. Our work covers everything from collaboration agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements and franchising agreements to outsourcing and managed services agreements, software development agreements, licensing arrangements and manufacturing and warehousing agreements.

Whilst we help our clients by preparing their standard form contracts, we are regularly instructed to prepare complex, one off bespoke contracts for key client deals.

Our work covers all sectors and industries, and we have particular expertise in the technology, digital media, EdTech, retail, consultancy and recruitment sectors.
