I am a Partner and specialist employment lawyer with over 15 years’ experience covering a wide range of employment issues. Whilst my practice is broad, I have a particular specialism and interest in business protection cases involving team moves and restrictive covenants having advised on a number of cases over the years including one of the leading cases in this area (Tullett Prebon Plc & Ors v BGC Brokers LP & Ors).
