I am an associate in the Commercial Department at Marriott Harrison, having qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.

I regularly advise clients on all aspects of commercial law including on various aspects of commercial contracts, intellectual property law, and data protection. I work with B2B and B2C clients in a number of sectors, including tech, hospitality, and pharmaceutical. I work alongside the Corporate Team to assist in all aspect of commercial due diligence in their M&A and VC deals.

I have a particular interest in intellectual property law, having dedicated my postgraduate studies to this subject. I advise clients on all aspects of intellectual property law including cross-border IP licensing arrangements, brand exploitation and expansion strategies, trade mark management and  enforcement.

I assist clients with all matters relating data protection law, including assisting clients with their EU and UK GDPR compliance. I like working alongside clients and gaining a better understanding of their business to prepare policies, data agreements and procedural documents tailored to their individual needs.

I am fluent in Italian and Spanish.
