Ed is an associate in the employment team at Marriott Harrison and he advises on all aspects of employment law. He has particular interests in helping businesses to:
- understand what employment risks and obligations they are taking on when buying another business;
- successfully implement redundancy and restructuring exercises;
- understand their obligations when they receive a subject access request; and
- handle grievances and potentially acrimonious employee departures.
Ed also has experience of advising individuals who have been poorly treated after exposing internal wrongdoing (whistleblowing).
Ed joined Marriott Harrison in June 2017.
