Bob is an employment lawyer with more than twenty years’ experience.
His focus is on working closely with HR and legal teams providing clear, pragmatic and responsive advice allowing businesses to achieve their commercial objectives whilst mitigating employment law risk.
Bob principally advises employer clients and has particular experience in advising clients within the financial services sector.
He has significant experience in resolving “red flag” reputational risk cases, restrictive covenant enforcement, executive terminations, restructuring and redundancy processes, TUPE issues on business acquisitions, outsourcing and offshoring and providing practical training to mitigate employment law risk.
He is also experienced in advising senior executives and employees on achieving exit on best terms and resolving difficult and sensitive employment disputes.
Bob has written a textbook on TUPE transfers and for many years chaired, devised and spoke at the Law Society Commerce and Industry Group Annual Seminar on TUPE.
