I am Head of the Employment Department.
Our principal focus is advising major employer clients on all aspects of UK employment law, working closely with them to mitigate employment law risk whilst achieving their commercial objectives. We are responsive and ensure our advice is always clear and pragmatic.
Whilst I have particular experience of advising banks and other financial institutions, I advise clients in all sectors.
I have particular experience of defending major red flag employment law claims, advising on restructure and redundancy programmes, senior executive and employee exits of all types, drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, all types of TUPE transfer and devising and delivering programmes of training to mitigate employment law risk.
I also frequently advise senior executives and employees, providing support in relation to sensitive exits, grievance processes, disputes and advice regarding obligations flowing from restrictive covenants.
