Rho sells to Benchmark Mineral Intelligence

The Marriott Harrison team have advised Rho Publishing and Consulting Ltd (“Rho”), the consultancy firm based in London providing actionable intelligence for the EV charging markets, and its principal shareholder on its sale to Benchmark Intelligence Group Limited (“Benchmark”), a world class supply chain and energy transition intelligence provider for electric vehicles.  

Through this acquisition, Benchmark and Rho form the world’s largest platform for prices, data and market intelligence dedicated to the full breadth of critical mineral and energy transition supply chains, allowing them to develop products and explore new areas of research.  

Rho was founded in 2018 by Adam Panayi with the mission to deliver a comprehensive image of battery demand. Since then, they have grown a team of consultants who develop tailored, specific and actionable reports to suit clients’ needs to unlock opportunities and optimise potential.  

Benchmark is one of the world’s largest dedicated market intelligence platforms for lithium, critical minerals for the EV battery and energy transition supply chain.
