Thursday 20th June, 2024

We were delighted to facilitate this transaction, aiding Intelligent Reach’s   management team on their sale and partial re-investment into the Searchspring Group, backed by PSG Equity.

UK-headquartered Intelligent Reach is a full-service data feed management software provider trusted by global brands including HP, Asics, Avon Cosmetics, Burberry, Seraphine and Black and Decker.

The platform inspires mid-market merchants using product data to enhance its distribution across over 1,500 advertising channels and shopping platforms including Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, Facebook and Instagram. The process reduces the time it takes the merchants to access these channels and streamlines operations.

Searchspring is purpose built for ecommerce, allowing merchants to create better product discovery through enhanced search site capabilities and flexible product merchandising, and including AI-driven campaigns.

Marriott Harrison, with its longstanding relationship with Intelligent Reach’s management team, played a pivotal role in safeguarding their interests throughout the sale process and subsequent equity reinvestment into PSG Equity group. Robin Martin, CEO of Intelligent Reach, commended Marriott Harrison’s expertise and efficiency in navigating the legal intricacies of the transaction, underscoring their instrumental role in facilitating the sale: “We have had a longstanding relationship with MH, so they were the obvious choice to represent the management team’s interest through the sale of our business.  As always, we were impressed with the speed with which they were able to review and respond to contract updates from the company and sellers legal teams, providing sound advice whilst helping to move the sale forward.”

Daisy Divoká was pleased to advise the management team of Intelligent Reach and lead the Marriott Harrison team which included Fran Spooner and Tom Mawson (Corporate) and Ed Belam (Employment).
