Parity Project sells to CoreLogic U.K. accelerating the journey to net zero homes

The Marriott Harrison team were pleased to advise Parity Projects, a leader in the domestic housing retrofit sector, on its sale to CoreLogic, a global property data-enabled solutions provider. 

Since its inception in 2005, Parity Projects has worked closely with local authorities and landlords to develop cost-effective retrofit programmes using its data science and proprietary software delivering energy efficient homes across the UK. 

Parity Project’s sale to CoreLogic marks the beginning of a successful strategic partnership and will allow new products and services to be offered to customers, addressing the climate challenge and delivering cost-efficient solutions. 

Ian Morris led the Marriott Harrison team on the transaction, furthering our credentials in the environmental consultancy and sustainability sectors. The Marriott Harrison team also included James Stocker and Tom Revitt (Corporate), Katerina Heal and Michael Hansby (Tax) and Ciara Duggan and Sofia Gottgens (Employment).
