The Marriott Harrison team was pleased to advise Gresham House Ventures on their backing of Branchspace, the London-based software firm partnering with air travel firms to meet evolving customer needs for relevant, personalised shopping and self-service experiences.
Branchspace addresses the growing demand from airlines to create and manage data-driven dynamic retailing experiences to boost conversion and retention and take greater ownership of the end-to-end customer journey. Customers include British Airways, Lufthansa Group, Turkish Airlines, Aegean, TAP Air Portugal and Air Malta.
The investment will bolster the growth of Branchspace’s comprehensive software components to ensure travellers experience seamless website and mobile app navigation across all touch points of their journey.
David Bettis led the Marriott Harrison team supporting Gresham House Ventures on another technology company investment with the team also including Kimberley Lam’s Descamps (Corporate), Ed Belam (Employment), and Alex Lee (Commercial). It was great to work with the Gresham House Ventures team again, Benjamin Faulkner and Thomas Makey. Congratulations to the Branchspace team, Michael Huynh and Ursula Silling.
