OSF Digital acquires Oegen: guiding brands through digital transformation

OSF Digital is a leading digital transformation company. Headquartered in Canada, OSF Digital helps businesses harness the Salesforce platform’s power by leveraging its global expertise and industry experience. As a well-established firm in the EMEA region, Oegen has expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Service, Sales Cloud, and B2B Commerce with a focus on the financial and business services, education, and non-profit sectors. Marriott Harrison is pleased to have advised OSF Digital on its acquisition.

OSF Digital was founded in 2003 in Quebec City, Canada. It specialises in enterprise customer relationship management, notably Salesforce, and provides products across channels to B2C/B2B focused enterprises globally. 2022 has marked the company’s success, having made six strategic acquisitions to enhance its offering. OSF Digital was named Salesforce Japan Partner of the Year by Salesforce Japan. It was also awarded the 2022 Salesforce Commerce Cloud Partner of the Year for the Best Go Faster with Commerce category.

Its latest acquisition demonstrates the firm’s transatlantic expansion.
