UKG acquires Quorbit, the workforce planning start-up

UKG is a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions for all people. Its recent acquisition of Quorbit, a UK-based start-up, will help UKG customers more accurately plan workforce operations up to 36 months in the future. Andrew Ross led the Mariott Harrison team representing UKG, continuing the firm’s work with market-leading global software companies.

Quorbit helps large, complex organisations forecast their workforce needs for frontline and hourly roles up to three years in the future, surpassing traditional industry forecasting capabilities. The UK company’s integrated platform enables recruitment, finance, and operations teams to work collaboratively on staffing and training.

The acquisition will enrich UKG’s offering to organisations by combining strategic planning with proactive talent management and employee development planning. UKG will use its expertise in artificial intelligence to further enhance Quorbit’s software. New features are expected to be available to UKG customers in the food service, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, and retail industries in 2023.
