Building the future of construction – YardLink and Beringea

Thursday 10th November, 2022

YardLink enables contractors to take control of their supply chains by combining technology and stellar customer service. Marriott Harrison client, Beringea, recently led a $17.5 million Series A funding round, with participation from Amplifier and existing investors Speedinvest and FJ Labs.

YardLink empowers construction companies by providing critical equipment faster than standard equipment rental companies. It takes a digitalised approach to expedite what was once a slow, centralised process. After raising its seed round in 2020, the UK start-up continues to expand with its latest investment.

Beringea is a transatlantic venture capital firm which invests in scaling companies. Focusing on Series A and Series B rounds, Beringea adds value through strategic connections, transatlantic growth, and the Beringea Scale-Up Academy. Commenting on the investment, Maria Wagner (Partner, Beringea) noted, “YardLink has the potential to establish itself as the go-to marketplace for construction supplies.”

Marriott Harrison continues to work with the companies that are building the future. The supply chain industry is ripe for digital disruption. Having worked with several supply chain start-ups in recent months, we are pleased to enhance our credentials in the sector further.

David Bettis led the Marriott Harrison team, which included James Fleming, Sofia Gottgens and Liberty Pearl.
