Marriott Harrison advises the shareholders of The Happy Puzzle Company on its sale to Smart Toys and Games

The Happy Puzzle Company, based in the UK, has a strong reputation in the B2C puzzles, games, and challenges market, innovating and developing a number of new and interesting puzzle based games in the market. The deal will bring The Happy Puzzle Company into Belgium-based SMART’s growing portfolio and will spread distribution through SMART’s extensive worldwide network.

Marriott Harrison is thrilled to partner with a company shaping the learning and education sector. The Happy Puzzle Company is a leader in providing educational games, toys and puzzles to schools and other educational establishments, working with over 14,000 schools in the UK to make learning more accessible.
