Marriott Harrison advises management team of Lincolnshire housebuilder on buyout by Pimco

MH has advised the management team of £140m turnover Lincolnshire based housebuilder Allison Homes in connection with the buyout of the business by US investor Pimco. MH acted for John Anderson and Alastair Gordon-Stewart, respectively the former executive director and divisional finance director of Kier Living & Kier Group respectively, on their executive arrangements as new CEO and CFO respectively as well as advising on incentive arrangements for the wider management team.

PIMCO are backing the management team with significant investment to help deliver the business’s ambitious strategy over the next five years, maintaining a focus on the delivery of high-quality developments using innovative technology and construction methods.
