Marriott Harrison advises Pendo on its acquisition of Mind the Product

Marriott Harrison was delighted to represent product analytics and digital platform and US unicorn, Inc. on its acquisition of Mind the Product.

Mind the Product is the world’s largest community of product managers which provides content, training and conferences that serve a global audience of more than 300,000 product managers, designers and developers. The acquisition will allow Pendo to provide the most complete platform for product-led companies.

The MH team was led by David Strong, Corporate Partner, and included David Bettis, Kimberley Lam’s Descamps, Arjan Bains, Katerina Heal, Bob Mecrate-Butcher, Sofia Gottgens and Alex Lee.
