Marriott Harrison (“MH”) has advised Keyloop on the acquisition of SilverBullet, a digital retailing solution for vehicle dealer groups to help them manage online commerce in both sales and aftersales. It is Keyloop’s fifth acquisition since March 2021, and the third on which MH has advised.
SilverBullet includes online finance and part-exchange valuation tools and enables dealerships to create a digital store for their vehicle stock as well as allowing aftersales customers to book online. The acquisition will enable SilverBullet to offer exciting new omnichannel retailing solutions to dealerships, directly providing customers with a true omnichannel buying experience.
The MH team was led by Corporate partner Andrew Ross and included Corporate associates Troy Featherstone and Kim Lam’s Descamps, Tax partner Katerina Heal, Employment partner Rima Mehay and Employment associate Sofia Gottgens, Commercial associate Alex Lee, Commercial paralegal Liberty Pearl, and trainee solicitor Zoha Khalaj-Mehri.
Keyloop General Counsel, Craig Duff, said: “Working with the team at Marriott Harrison again on this deal was the obvious choice for us, given the seamless experience we have had with Andrew and his team on our other transactions this year. Andrew’s diligence, thoroughness and technical ability is paired with clear and consistent communication. It’s reassuring to have Andrew and the MH team in our corner and I am really pleased with the working relationship we have developed.”
