Marriott Harrison advises Fnatic on its $10m fundraise

The corporate team at MH were delighted to act for Fnatic, the global esports brand, on its $10m raise in an internal round led by Beringea and including existing investors as well as key management.

This funding will be used to support the growth of Fnatic’s pioneering esports brand and to drive the success of its leading high-performance teams.

Building on this latest investment round, Fnatic has announced its crowdfunding campaign with Crowdcube, creating the chance for its fanbase to invest in the business and play a part in Fnatic’s mission.

The team at MH was led by David Strong and included Sofia Gottgens.
