Marriott Harrison advises Interica on its sale to Petrosys

Corporate Partner Jonathan Leigh-Hunt led the team comprising Andrew Ross, Harshna Patel and James Fleming in advising long-standing client Interica on its sale to Petrosys.

Petrosys is the industry-leader in mapping, surface modeling and data management software solutions for petroleum E&P – delivering direct connectivity with the most popular exploration, production and GIS data sources. Interica provides unique software, consultancy and data management services to the oil and gas sector. Its solutions enable clients to manage and secure their data and reduce risks and costs.

Joining Petrosys will enable a new phase of growth and geographic reach for Interica, providing access to a broader shared client base and pool of specialist expert knowledge, ensuring that quality, trusted data is at the centre of what drives innovation and efficiency for our customers.
