Marriott Harrison adds leading Life Sciences practice

Monday 3rd April, 2017

We are delighted to announce that from 1 April 2017, Alex Denoon and Julian Hitchcock will both be joining the partnership.

Alex and Julian have been practising together as Denoon Legal for a number of years and will bring that practice into the firm where they will continue to provide specialist Life Sciences advice. Their breadth of experience in advising pharmaceutical and medical technology companies will be an excellent fit with the firm’s overall M&A, private equity and capital markets expertise as will their wider IP experience.

Legal 500 UK 2016 describes Denoon Legal as ‘an outstanding boutique’ that represents clients in major disputes and provides day-to-day regulatory, licensing and commercial advice.

Jonathan Pearce – managing partner says:

‘This is an important step forward for us. The service we can provide to clients will be significantly improved by adding this high quality Life Sciences and IP practice.  We look forward to working with Alex and Julian and to the opportunities for further growth that it will open up.’

Alex Denoon says:

‘This is an exciting opportunity to develop our practice by working with the highly-regarded team at Marriott Harrison. We have been pleased by the positive response from our clients.’
