Corporate partner Jonathan Leigh-Hunt led the MH team in advising the founder owners on the sale of Total Orthodontics.
Total Orthodontics, founded over 10 years ago, is one of the leading orthodontic groups in the UK and the largest provider of NHS orthodontic treatment in the South East, with a number of its clinicians also holding positions on several prestigious committees including the British Orthodontic Society and the British Lingual Orthodontic Society. The sellers will remain involved the business.
Oasis Dental Care, which is headquartered in Bristol, has over 300 practices, with over 1,300 dentists and therapists and more than 1,300 staff delivering high-quality dentistry across the across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
