Marriott Harrison advises on secondary buyout of Digico consoles business
Wednesday 14th December, 2011
The buyout was backed by ISIS Equity Partners and HSBC Bank plc. The firm had previously advised Mobeus Private Equity Partners LLP on its investment in the business in 2007.
Commenting, Duncan Innes said: “It is particularly satisfying as an adviser to have been involved from the beginning in 2007, when Mobeus Private Equity made its original investment, through to this transaction. The investment has been a success because it has been driven by a highly focussed management team backed by strong investment in R&D and a commitment to quality – all qualities Mobeus Private Equity likes to back. The secondary buyout is deserved reward for the commitment both the management team and Mobeus Private Equity have shown to the business.”
