We like to get to know our clients and their businesses so that we can help our clients add value to the way they use property in their business or in connection with the business of property. We spend time with clients on site or at their premises as one look on the ground can clarify many issues not readily apparent from plans or written descriptions.

Our property lawyers also communicate in clear English and try to simplify where possible the sometimes arcane wording of leases and deeds and the effect of legislation. After all unless you understand your rights and obligations you can't react in the appropriate manner. If you don't react in time, you may lose valuable rights and opportunities or incur unwanted liabilities. Our property team helps to illuminate those opportunities and can help you take advantage of them while avoiding or minimising the liabilities.
