Marriott Harrison acts for one of the leading radio groups in the UK as well as a number of independent broadcasters. Much of the work has been undertaken in conjunction with the firm's corporate department in relation to the acquisition and development of various radio franchises - particularly on the FM wave length.

In addition to dealing with Radio Authority licences, we also advise on a range of production and copyright issues affecting the origination and broadcast or original programming.

We regularly negotiate agreements between broadcasters and individual presenters and independent radio production companies and advise on promotion and marketing issues.
