The team advises on a variety of matters in this broad field from delivery of digital content to interactive media.

Our work includes advising internet based companies on their digital commerce terms of business, privacy and acceptable use policies in respect of which we deliver a tailored solution through our Website Business Starter Pack.

The Media & Technology team also advises on website design and development, hosting agreements, website linking agreements; direct digital commerce marketing and distribution. We also advise on all aspects of technology regulation, including data protection, advertising, distance selling and content acceptability.

Recent work in this area includes:

• Advising Digital Windows Limited on a host of agreements including web business agreements and privacy policies and advising them on a number of commercial issues associated with affiliate marketing and internet advertising.
• Advising digital out-of-house content provider, Bluefox, on its website terms and conditions.
• Advising leading web design and development company Aqueduct on a number of its major website development agreements.
