We specialise in acting for clients in claims involving professionals including Accountants, Financial Advisers, Solicitors, Stockbrokers and Surveyors. We have a particular focus on issues arising in the financial sector as the firm has a particular expertise in acting for secured lenders and other financiers, including those in the asset based lending sector, in the enforcement of their security interests. We also act for parties in fraud claims

Our professional negligence team works closely with our AIM Regulatory Practise Group with its expertise and experience in advising Nominated advisers (Nomads) in respect of AIM Regulation issues and with our restructuring, corporate recovery team.

We promote the settlement of disputes by way of mediation to achieve a balance between the potential recovery and the risk and cost involved in pursuing claims. We are able to advise on third party funding of claims and insurance cover.
