Insolvency

The Litigation department has strong and diverse experience of insolvency disputes, acting for both insolvency practitioners and creditors, as well as directors and the banks. Whether responding to service of a statutory demand, or being instructed by an appointed insolvency practitioner, members of the department are perfectly placed to assist.

In addition to acting for administrators, receivers and liquidators in pure insolvency matters, the broad experience of the Litigation team makes it particularly suitable for the conduct of existing claims that are taken over by the insolvency practitioners.
