Employment law affects all areas of business life, is constantly evolving, often complex and can involve substantial liabilities, not to mention management time and publicity. The MH Employment team includes three partners who specialise in employment law. Together, supported by specialist High Court litigators when appropriate, we provide our clients with practical, commercial advice backed up by expert knowledge of the law. The team acts for clients ranging from listed PLCs through SMEs to small owner managed businesses and has particular experience of advising clients in the US and elsewhere overseas. We also have substantial experience of acting for high net worth individuals.
We advise on all aspects of employment law, across all sectors, from advising on contractual documentation through to complex employee disputes, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, individual and collective redundancy processes, protecting confidential information, enforcing restrictive covenants and advising on team moves. We frequently support MH Corporate on transactional work, including expert advice on the application of the TUPE Regulations.
