Overview

Our corporate department has lawyers who are comfortable dealing with a wide range of transactions. For the size of department we are used to dealing with transactions which are normally handled by much larger firms. Therefore we have the experience not only to handle substantial transactions but we can, within a sensible and cost effective framework, apply that level of skills to smaller transactions.

We believe that experience and expertise are essential for providing valuable advice and that the lawyers in the corporate department can deliver this for our clients.

Although the majority of transactions which Marriott Harrison undertakes fall into a number of categories such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Flotations, Joint Ventures and Group Reorganisations, we have advised on a very wide range of corporate actions for an equally wide range of different clients in different market sectors.
