Experience:
Main practice focus is restructuring, corporate recovery and finance led work. Involved in all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency work (both contentious and non contentious) dealing with all types of insolvency appointments, including negotiating and drafting sale agreements in administration pre-packs and supporting documents. Clients include: ABL, invoice discounters/factors, banks, insolvency practitioners, property companies and landlords.
Summary of Specialisms:
Restructuring and refinancing, administrations in different industry sectors, administrative receiverships (where still applicable), LPA and court appointed receivers, advises supervisors of voluntary arrangements, trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators (including solvent liquidations and section 110 arrangements), guarantee settlements and contract reviews. Also advises directors in insolvency related issues and in respect of the recent provisions in the Companies Act 2006.
