Extensive experience in advising on all aspects of venture capital and private equity transactions, having acted for many years for institutions such as Matrix Private Equity Partners, Sovereign Capital and the London Technology Fund. More recent Institutional clients include Bowmark Capital, Octopus Intermediate Capital and Foresight Group. Duncan also has considerable experience advising management teams on PE backed transactions including several buy and build groups in the Healthcare and Education sectors. Recent transactions include acting for Matrix on its investment in recruitment specialist RDL Corporation Limited.
