Extensive experience in advising on all aspects of venture capital and private equity transactions, having acted for many years for institutions such as Matrix Private Equity Partners and the HSBC Enterprise Fund. More recent Institutional clients include Bowmark Capital, Octopus Intermediate Capital and Core Capital VCT. Other clients active in this area include The Capital Fund (18 transactions in the last 12 months) and the London Technology Fund. Also has considerable experience advising management teams on VC backed transactions including several buy and build groups with Sovereign Capital Partners. Recent transactions include acting for the management of private equity backed Senad Group on its £130m exit to 3Delta.
