Acts for venture capital houses, management teams and investee companies on a wide range of private equity transactions including venture capital, buyouts, as well as advising on acquisitions, divestments and general portfolio matters. Has advised a number of venture capital houses over the years, including 3i, Beringea, Albion Ventures, Sovereign Capital Partners, IP Group and Dunedin Capital. Recent experience includes advising Beringea on numerous VCT investments, acting for Flex Fuels Energy, Inc and Bio AMD Holdings Limited as well as advising Sovereign Capital Partners and their investee companies on a number of investments and acquisitions.
