Regularly advises clients on employment litigation matters including Employment Tribunal proceedings, team moves, protection of confidential information, etc. Experience of advising employers on a wide variety of employment issues, including large and small scale redundancy processes, grievances and disciplinary matters, contractual documentation and handling long-term absences. Considerable experience in advising US clients on domestic employment matters
