LINPAC – “Project Wellington”

On 31 December 2010 LINPAC Group, plastic packaging manufacturer, disposed of six non-core businesses.

The transaction involved two share sales and four asset sales, resulting in Chamonix Private Equity acquiring 100% of each of the businesses.

The transaction involved a range of issues including international elements, TUPE transfers, IP assignments, contract novations, insurance and property.
