Marriott Harrison is delighted to win Small Private Equity Law Firm of the Year - UK, further recognition of the high quality of advice and service provided by the full service firm.

Marriott Harrison advises on all aspects of venture capital and private equity transactional matters, and has a particularly strong institutional practice which includes Matrix Private Equity, Sovereign Capital Partners, Ingenious Media Active Capital, The London Technology Fund and The Capital Fund. The firm also has many years experience of advising management teams in relation to buy-outs and buy-ins as well as other funding requirements. Marriott Harrison also acts for debt providers and banks on such transactions, advising clients such as Bank of Ireland and Octopus Investments Limited.

The team is led by Duncan Innes, who is recognised in Chambers and Partners for his expertise in private equity and venture capital.
