New Partner - Lance Feaver

The partners are pleased to welcome a new corporate partner to Marriott Harrison’s partnership, Lance Feaver, who joined the firm on July 14th from LG LLP (the former Lawrence Graham LLP). He acts for a number of public and private companies and nominated advisers and sponsors on a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and restructurings, often with a cross-border element. He has particular expertise in natural resources and in renewable energy matters.
