New Partner - Dee Sian

The Partners are delighted to announce that Dee Sian will be joining the Partnership on 5th May 2009.

Dee is a corporate partner and has specialised in private equity since 1997. During that time, she has built up an active presence in the private equity market. She acts for venture capital houses, management teams and investee companies on a wide range of private equity transactions, including venture capital, buyouts and exits, as well as general portfolio work and M&A. Dee has extensive experience in advising on venture capital transactions and investments by venture capital trusts. She is recommended in both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 for venture capital.
