New Partner - Bob Cordran

The firm's employment department has been increased by the appointment on 16 November of new employment partner Bob Cordran, who joins us from the London office of Thomas Eggar LLP. Prior to that, Bob worked as an employment lawyer at Simmons & Simmons and then Olswang LLP. He represents a number of businesses and companies in relation to terms of service agreements and compromise agreements, hiring and redundancy programmes, all types of discrimination issues and he has a particular expertise in TUPE and outsourcing-related issues.
