The partners welcome to the partnership Alexandra Denison from Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. Alexandra joined the firm in October as a corporate partner. She has acted for a large number of corporate groups and has an emphasis on private company acquisitions, disposals and international joint ventures. She has particular expertise in the hotel and leisure industries.
