I joined the firm in 2004, having spent 3 years in the corporate finance team at a leading investment bank in the City. Prior to that I was a corporate lawyer in the London office of a major US law firm. My remit on joining the firm was to help grow the firm's equity markets practice - it is thanks to the supportive atmosphere here, and the significant experience and expertise of my partners, that we have been successful in achieving what we set out to do.

I was attracted to Marriott Harrison by the quality of the individuals already there, its reputation for excellence and high quality and the clients for whom the firm acts. Individuals are actively encouraged to pursue their personal interests and goals, and to develop their clients. For a relatively small firm by London standards, we regularly get involved in large scale transactions, and the ability to work as part of a team is integral to success at Marriott Harrison.
