We have lawyers who have progressed through to partnership from being trainees or who joined us as junior lawyers, and we have many members of staff who have been here 10-20 years.
All trainees and associates share offices with partners and learn first hand through working with the partners and the firm’s clients, as well as participating in training programmes at trainee and associate level on a wide variety of legal and non-legal skills and topics. In addition, and very importantly for us, we want all of our people to enjoy working at the firm, and to have fun whilst doing so.
