Life sciences partner Julian Hitchcock contributes to Nuffield Bioethics publication on statutory time limit for maintaining human embryos in culture

Life science partner Julian Hitchcock wrote the legal contribution to the report, published by the Nuffield Council on Bioethics , on the statutory time limit for maintaining human embryos in culture, arguing that new scientific developments will require a reconsideration of the current regulatory framework under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990, but that no immediate change is required.
