City-based Corporate-Media Law firm, Marriott Harrison LLP, is delighted to announce the addition of two new partners to its Corporate Department, Tim Bee and Andrew Wigfall.
Tim Bee joins from Field Fisher Waterhouse. He has a wide range of experience in corporate transactions. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and schemes of arrangement, equity fundraisings, group re-organisations, joint ventures , directors’ responsibilities and corporate governance issues. Tim has particular expertise in advising clients in the financial services industry. Tim’s clients include corporates, financial institutions, investment managers and management teams.
Andrew Wigfall joins from Nabarro LLP where he led the firm’s venture capital practice. His client base has a strong technology content that is a perfect fit with the firm’s existing venture capital/private equity and media & technology practices.
Wigfall and Bee bring the number of partners in Marriotts’ Corporate group to 11. They follow Catherine McLoughlin, formerly at Slaughter & May, Ashurst, Morgan Lewis and Nomura where she was a director for 6 years, who joined us in March.
